Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive an initial email once you have completed the checkout. It will be noted as on hold until payment is cleared in our bank account. If you do not receive your email, please check your SPAM or JUNK email folders. Or contact us.
When will I receive my order?
Generally, your order will arrive within 2-3 weeks. Once payment is received your tracking link will be emailed. This link can be tracked via the Australia Post website. For more information refer to our Shipping Policy
Will I receive a receipt for my purchase?
Yes, absolutely! If it does fail to arrive quickly please check your junk or spam before worrying.
What if my order does not arrive?
In the first instance you should check your Australia Post tracking. This may provide the answer. Alternatively, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please be aware that these issues are beyond our control. Any orders lost by the postal system will be resent free of charge.
Will Customs intervene my importation?
In a very small number of cases Border Force or the TGA may hold your order for examination. They may also ask you for the Prescription (as is their right). If your order is stuck in Customs for more than 14 days : email us.

Returns Policy
Please contact Oz Meds Online should you have any issues. Please make sure you state the full reason for the claim. You will be required to return the product to Oz Meds Online via a supplied address. If your claim is accepted, we will replace the item with the exception of shipping. Or provide a refund upon receipt of returned goods.
